Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Cella Pantry. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Cella Pantry plans a week of dinners for your household and assembles the matching grocery list. Meal plans are generated with the help of AI and are suggestions, not professional dietary or medical advice.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password private.

Food safety and allergies

Always check ingredients yourself. We cannot guarantee that a suggested recipe is free of any allergen or suitable for a specific medical condition. If someone in your household has a food allergy or dietary restriction, verify every ingredient before cooking.

Subscriptions and trials

• New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel any time before it ends and you will not be charged.
• After the trial, your plan renews automatically each month at the listed price until you cancel.
• Cancel from your account settings; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no reselling access, scraping, reverse engineering, interfering with the service, or uploading unlawful or infringing content. You keep ownership of the recipes you upload, and grant us permission to store and process them to provide the service.

Availability

We work to keep Cella Pantry running, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may change or discontinue features.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms.
