Cella Pantry (“we”, “us”) helps households plan a week of dinners and build a grocery list. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account details. Your email address and, if you provide one, your name.
• Household preferences. Dietary needs, dislikes, household size, saved recipes and the plans you create.
• Usage information. Basic technical data such as device type, browser and pages visited, used to keep the service working and improve it.
• Payment details. Subscriptions are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To generate your weekly meal plans and grocery lists.
• To create and secure your account and process your subscription.
• To send service messages, and — only if you opt in — occasional product news.
• To diagnose problems and improve the product.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Cella Pantry — hosting, payment processing and the AI models that generate meal plans — and only as needed to deliver the service, or where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. Close your account and we delete your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

Your choices

You can access, correct, export or delete your information at any time by writing to hello@cellapantry.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to understand how the site is used. You can clear or block them in your browser, though some features may stop working.

Children

Cella Pantry is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we make a material change to this policy we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
